Dog lovers in Sebring, Florida, formed the Heartland Dog Club on March 8, 1986. It was incorporated in Florida the same year.


It was not until 1995 that we became an AKC-Licensed All-Breed and Obedience Dog Club.  We held our first AKC Shows the same year.


The club meets the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. and all dog classes are conducted at our training facility at 2692 SR-17, Avon Park.


All dog breeds and mixed breeds are welcome. Registration is on the first evening of any six-week class, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
